VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS filled with pork shoulder, potatoes, carrots, and nettles.

VIETNAMESE PIZZA made over coal and topped with smoked wild Ontario whitefish, asparagus, garlic scapes, and spicy mayo.

Dishes feature local ingredients.
