I woke up to this beautiful sunrise from the hammock I slept in this weekend. Thanks to my friend Seth for sharing this special place.

Melatonin is a hormone released by the pineal gland that helps to regulate sleep cycle. Having exposure to sunlight, especially morning light, optimizes release of melatonin and prevents against sleep-wake cycle insomnia.
